LEWCO Curing Ovens are designed to meet the critical demands of your manufacturing process. Our enhanced-duty curing ovens guarantee temperature uniformity of +/- 10°F. This model features a top-mounted heater box, which creates a smaller footprint and permits pass-through processing. Each unit comes complete with a one-year warranty and is fully assembled, wired, and tested prior to shipment. All LEWCO ovens are manufactured to meet the requirements of NFPA 86, the national standard for ovens and furnaces.

Types of Curing Ovens
LEWCO manufactures a variety of industrial curing ovens designed to meet diverse production needs. These ovens utilize different heating methods, configurations, and levels of automation to achieve optimal results for a wide range of materials and applications.
Batch Ovens
A versatile and widely used solution for processing parts or materials in discrete cycles. Products are loaded into the oven, heated through a controlled cycle, and then removed once the curing process is complete. They come in various sizes, from small benchtop units to large walk-in or truck-in ovens, and are suitable for applications where production volume is moderate, or where part sizes and shapes vary. They offer flexibility in process control, allowing for specific temperature and time profiles for different materials.
Conveyor Ovens (Continuous Ovens)
Conveyor ovens are designed for continuous, high-volume production. Parts move through the oven on a conveyor belt, chain, or other automated transport system, entering one end and exiting the other after passing through various heated zones. This continuous flow ensures consistent curing for large quantities of identical or similar parts, making them ideal for automated production lines in industries like automotive, electronics, and powder coating.
Walk-In Ovens / Truck-In Ovens
Walk-in and truck-in ovens are larger-scale versions of batch ovens, specifically designed to accommodate oversized or bulky parts, as well as multiple smaller components loaded into racks or carts. These ovens allow operators to physically walk or roll in materials for processing. They are ideal for curing large structures, painted components, or any application requiring substantial floor space for efficient loading and unloading.
