LEWCO offers a variety standard models that include wire mesh belt, chain & slat, or powered roller conveyor and will custom design a machine to meet your unique specifications.  Each model is available in electric, fuel-fired, steam and thermal fluid heat in temperature ranges up to 1000°F.  Years of experience combined with a variety of pre-engineered, standard designs, allow LEWCO to provide a custom, yet cost-effective solution to suit most any continuous heat processing application.

LEWCO’s conveyor oven’s employ a control system that consists of a PLC/HMI combo unit. This enables the user to control all oven and conveyor processes through a touchscreen HMI. The HMI also provides many diagnostic alerts and alarms pertaining to the oven’s operations. The conveyor system is available as a constant speed, variable speed or indexing operation. The Conveyor Oven controls are easily customizable to meet individual customer needs.
