LEWCO’s Composite Curing Control System
LEWCO recently developed a new composite curing control system. This PC-based system allows the end user to fully control, document, and archive their process to ensure parts are cured to specification. There are many unique features to this process control including:
- Non-editable data files and file recording
- Ability to select vacuum configuration at each port (sync, source, on, off)
- Redundant data logging where all data is permanently stored on the hard drive of the PC as well as the process controller
- Ability to calibrate all recording devices
- Optional variable vacuum pressure control
- Customized reports with user information
- Programmable ramp/ soak recipes and Cascade controls
